I feel like my job is in danger due to cliquey management, anything I can do?

As the title says, our supervisor has been getting very cliquey and unreasonable these past few weeks. He barks out unreasonable orders, demanding I do the dumbest things even if he’s readily available to do them himself. Other times, he’ll tell me to do something, but someone else is at the work station, so he’ll assign that duty to said work station person. If that person forgets, I get the blame. All of this is only exacerbated when his lapdog assistant gets involved who makes the same unreasonable demands strictly to feel a sense of power. When I call them out on things when they get too unreasonable, they give up then later on gang up on me, whether it’s talking over me when I raise a logical concern or just talking down to me in general. I’m doing well in the company, outperforming a recently laid off employee that they use as the baseline for poor performance, or another one they refuse to reprimand even though she’s almost always late/unreliable. Despite that, I’m the one who gets singled out.
