I feel stuck at my job but finding another one that will probably be the same makes me want to unalive myself

I feel like every decent playing job will require me to make connections, give presentations, or strive for better numbers to please a board. I hate it. I just want my work to be the same and I want to not have to think about it when im off the clock. Im super introverted and can force myself to be outgoing, but when I’ve done it in the past, it’s been so exhausting that I resort to drinking heavily.
