I finally quit.

This isn't the usual revenge quitting kind of thing usually seen on here. The people at fault are people who will never feel the consequences of their actions. They have no incentive to care. I finally broke at work. And I quit. My manager of course wanted an explanation. Thing is, I don't blame her or the team. I blame the assholes who cut budgets and expect people to just find a way to get things done. So my team tore each other apart because there's too much to get done and it's just snowballing. Everyone had a list of 20 things another didn't do which is why they couldn't get their things done. And in a week it will be 30 things. And the ones who make these decisions benefit from this.
