Hello, so I put my 2 weeks in a couple of days ago and I was informed today that when you do that, you forfeit your accrued PTO. I didn’t know that, but it is in the employee handbook. Is that legal though? How do I find that out? I went on the Pennsylvania department of labor website and I still don’t get clear answers.
