We just had a fucking customer who placed an order in less than a day ago that we contacted, write an email to the inbox, which the owner occasionally monitors, saying that “oh I placed an order, nobody called me or sent my order, your customer service is abysmal.” Meanwhile the two of us taking phone calls have been up to ours ears for 4 fucking weeks straight of solid calls all day long. People are getting pissy because we can't all them back as quickly and they get offended when I remind them that that wait time of 45 minutes in the queue was all customers ahead of them and I physically can't call them back.
Then the fucking owner just called my manager and ripped her head off about us making customers wait too long. What the fuck is wrong with people?! Like I've told the owner myself when he tries to be a “hero” how physically impossible things are right now and its like he has amnesia or something.
