I get the angst you guys get from bigger companies but…

I have a coworker in the shop I work at who does nothing. I don't do anything because I'm not the boss but I've put a lot of personal work into the company, mainly to see ot prosper in my own hometown. I'll be walking to grab a tool and he's almost always on his phone watching shows or talking to people. The shop isn't doing as well as the boss and I KNOW it can and it's because no work is getting done by someone who gets paid 20 extra hours and $5 more an hour every week. He lied on his resume and can't do nearly as much as was expected of him (we hired him so I could get more training to do bigger jobs I was already doing.) Is this what anti work is? Instead of just asking for a normal work environment, would you all…

It's really hard, and I'm not trying to stir the pot. Yesterday he slept under a truck for half an hour and after he was woken up, just got in the truck and pretended to fix something for 2 hours that would've taken me 15 minutes to finish up. What the fuck.
