I know there's a lot of doom and gloom on here but I wanted to share something that I couldn't believe myself until I did it. I work at one of the major telecom companies in America and after doing a few of their “courses” and exams(which were free to me) I was able to bag a 32% raise for the year(not counting what I get at the end of the year for a performance raise) I know it is a tech field but there is still hope for some companies in valuing their employees!
