I honestly don't know why this happened.
I showed up EARLY, took down notes (my notebook has 10-15 pages of notes), I still asked questions if I was unsure of something, and I made some rookie mistakes but …
I'm only 3 weeks in. I always asked the higher ups for practice and to evaluate my performance but they never did. They treated me like a fucking baby.
My “trainer” was literally a different coworker who was also new (1 month in) but she learned things a bit quick and she wasn't confident in some of her answers. The higher ups also trained me too but they were mostly busy doing their own computer stuff.
It shattered my ego and I keep thinking I'm going to get fired from every job for being slow/stupid
Today I was sick. I texted my manager this, and she told me to stay home bc I work with elderly at a clinic
4 hours later I get a termination email. No reason why for being fired
Any advice? I'm so angry
