I’ve always been an “anti-work” and “screw the management” type of person… but I love my job.. and my boss. I love going to work and the people I manage. But I feel like I have to be missing something? What do I need to be on the look out for? What type of behavior/actions should I avoid to stop me from turning into a bad manager?
