i say its a P.I.P , HR states its Letter of Expectation.
Two things which were on it was, leaving my cubicle too much & Email etiquette .
Whats funny, is that my manager discussed this last week, and agreed that everytime i leave my cubicle i shoot them a message on teams which i have been doing.
Email etiques were not following certain templates when sending out to clients. Problem with sending certain templates is that, theyre certain phrases that needs to be taken out/added in order. I retracted to both statements listed and even though i retracted and listed the arguments on the back of the paper, they told me to sign because this was discussed. Not sure if that effects with U.E. if fired.
Anyway why did HR have to be involved in this stupid matter. Had nothing to do with my work performacne
