I got the blame for a known software defect at work today

I work at a pizza takeaway and our computer system is really outdated. All our computers run Windows XP apart from the PC in the manager's office (this run Windows 7). These XP machines include the tills, screen for driver dispatch and the screen for showing orders to make. The software they use for taking orders, driver dispatch and for showing use the orders to make is 'Andromeda POS' and the problem is, is that when you are clearing an item you already made, it will randomly jump to the top and 9x out of 10 you will clear something that hasn't been made and for the last few weeks I have noticed that items will randomly clear on their own when no one is even touching the numberpad and once this happened right in front of me.

Today the same thing happened which caused confusion in what pizza I was supposed to be making. I thought I was supposed to be meaking a meat pizza, but my manager said to make a meat and H&P 1/2 / 1/2. Then my manager discovers that meat pizza on the already-made page. I tried to point out that the software needs replacing and mentioned the bug where things would just clear them selves and instead of him acknolodging what I said, I instead get a “Why did you clear this?” in a rude tone.

Some of the things I say to people (such as trying to explain the faulty software) just goes through one ear and straight out the other!
