Antiwork

I got told I have to keep my purse in the bathroom at work because I’m diabetic.

I work at a daycare and got “caught” taking insulin in the same room as my kids (nowhere they’d be able to reach my medical supplies) and got told not only do I have to leave the room to take my medication, but because my purse has needles in it, it can’t be in my classroom at all (despite the fact that they can’t reach my purse where it was before). I feel like I’m being punished for something outside of my control and I’m looking for another place to work (largely because of previous issues with my boss and not being able to take off for issues relating to my diabetes).
