I called the Department of Labor
We have had issues in the past with overtime. Our OT will get taken away and given a 1:1 for personal time off. Forcefully clocked out for lunches when we were working, etc etc.
I'm the department manager and a few of my employees came to me and told me that they had over 15+ hours converted from over time to straight time at a 1:1.
So I had enough and called the DoL and refused to do it anonymous, told them to put my name down.
Also found out we had a couple of employees that had agreed to do an extra tutoring class from another department and turns out none of them have gotten paid for it after a few months so far. They where timid to make the call so I told them to call a number I gave them and to add it under my name.
Now we wait
