It has been the biggest weight off my shoulders.
The place was mentally destroying me, toxic, internally everything was scattered and started to seem broken. I’m not the first one to decide to do this (turnover has been high) and I was too scared to because I felt “safe”.
I don’t have another job to go to, I know I will be able to pick up another job just fine, even with less pay, but it’s better than being at the same place. I have zero savings, I think it speaks for itself at how unbearable it was.
Just needed to share it with others because I have never taken such a huge step in my life before! I already feel free.
