For companies we are nobody, 0, nada. We are there just to be exploited…
I have two jobs: one Monday-Friday (programmer) and one on Saturday (worldwide known fast food chain). I had to have a call with job 1's client while I was doing my job 2 even if I never allowed off-time calls! (Luckily manager was not around). I have just to be 24hrs a day available for them.
Whereas at job 2 I'm not allowed to talk with friends or colleagues in my free time about my income??? Is it even legal? I can't say something personal in my personal time??? We are not even allowed to talk to each other even if there are no clients otherwise we get “warnings”. This is crazy I swear how can I be 8hrs a day only saying repeatedly ” hi, what's your order?” With a smiley face? That's not a job that's a human robot. There are countless other things that make employees robots instead of humans, like not allowed to use the bathroom if you're not on a break (again even if there are no clients around and there's enough personnel to cover you for those 30seconds you're out).
I swear I hate companies I want all of them to burn I just want to eat 2000kcals a day and a roof without being a slave
