Antiwork

I hate my job. Overworked and underpaid and always stressed. SO stressed. Tips on quiet quitting please?

Context: I waited almost a year for a promotion they promised while working basically 2 jobs they gave me (one job was the level below and the second one was the level I was getting promoted to – their excuse was I wasn’t doing my job well enough yet but we know it’s because they lack people to fill the position I was leaving). Oh, and all the good employees keep leaving because…

Oh, and all the good employees keep leaving because everyone feels the burn. My seasonal depression is especially bad this year and sometimes I just wanna jump off my balcony (I’m working with my therapist, don’t worry). Please give me your tips on quiet quitting as I do need this job still for the little money they’re paying me. Thank you for listening to my TED talk and your help!
