I’m currently trying to change fields.
I’m halfway through college for my B.S, and have started to apply for entry level jobs that I’m qualified for.
I just finished applying for a job that I’m highly qualified for, I even have experience with their exact ERP software, as my current company also uses it. I have all their technical requirements, and even two state licenses.
However, after an hour of fiddling with the application. At the very end, it asked if I had a degree. I checked no. I knew they required it, but I’m in progress, and meet all their other requirements so I applied anyway.
The application was immediately denied by email. A human never even looked at it.
I fucking hate everything.
