Do you also have the kind of co-worker who is so obsessed with doing EVERYTHING by the rules out of sheer prinicple?
I work at a school, and for once, all kids will be leaving by 2.45 pm instead of 5 pm. I talked to my my two co-workers and suggested that we could go home earlier now that there was an opportunity to do so.
One of my co-workers said we have everything under control and that it shouldn't be a problem whereas the other one said “Now that all kids are gone, there are many things we need to do”…
Like… we have nothing that needs to be done, so why being like this? She works 75% while I work full time, so… maybe I need this more than her?
