And I hate reviews. Even if I'm doing well overall, I don't get good reviews. It's just like school. I got As, but still got bad reviews. I hate that reviews end up just being if the manager likes you, because I know not many people like me. I'm direct in my communication, and I ask questions that for some reason people seem to take as me being argumentative, when I really just want clarification. It's like they add subtext that isn't there. I've always struggled with this and so just discussing my upcoming 90 day review makes me so anxious and I feel like I could cry. I hate this. The corporate world sucks.
