I Have an Interesting Opportunity but I’m Unsure…

I applied to a store called Camping World, and the people and atmosphere seem really nice and I got along well with the people that worked there in the time I had to talk to them (the store was almost empty so they and the managers were just kinda standing around and talking having a nice time), however the only issue I have is the fact that they require you to sell their membership to customers and if you don't meet some kind of quota, you could get what I assume is a counselling, they say it's basically like a “Hey what do you need help with?” kind of counselling but in my experience that means anything but that. Should I still give the store a shot or look for my traditional retail jobs where all I have to do is ass kiss and nothing else?
