The job market is absolutely insane right now. I started applying for jobs back in July because I was finally vested into the 401(k) at my current place. They are insisting we go back to the office after 2.5 years on full work from home. I'm not for that.
I've tried literally everything. LinkedIn. Indeed. Any other job site. Applying directly. I've changed my resume three different times and spent hours writing cover letters.
I've gotten a few different interviews but recruiters and people have ghosted me every step of the way. Just on Tuesday, a recruiter said she would get back to me that afternoon for feedback, and nothing.
Trust me; we're trying. And it's not our fault.
