I have been stupid twice and Venmo money to a scammer

I feel so stupid I read a sob story on hear about a single mom working hard blah blah couldn’t buy diapers so I Venmo her a little bit of money honestly my family is struggling but I was one a single and VERY poor mom The problem is as soon as I sent the money it showed it was the same person I sent money to for thanksgiving she had just changed the name on the account but Venmo showed it was the same person I will not bore with all the details but I’m idiot
