Longtime anti work guy here- I've worked at a tech company for a few years now and have moved up from the gruntiest grunt to a team manager.
I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about how inherently soul-sucking the workplace is and I want to bring as much goodness and dignity to my people as possible.
Been drinking the Antiwork Koolaid for a long time now, and so I want to know from y'all:
-
What are things bosses have done for you that have made your working life a little bit better?
-
What are things I should NOT do as a boss? (And I'm not talking about the extreme toxic wacko bosses, but the ones who are unintentional or unconscious perpetrators of bullshit)
