I just completed a “Virtual Interview” where I had to record video responses to written questions, then write responses to hypothetical emails.

Does anybody have any experience with this format? I applied about two weeks ago and haven’t received an actual call, just an automated email to this thing. What are your thoughts on this format as opposed to a screening call? It took 45 minutes. No personality test yet. Fingers crossed.
