They said it was because after 4 shift of training, employes should have a certain autonomy.
The problem is that i was supposed to get the recipe for the products after the first day, which i never got so i could never study them to know them by heart
Also, all the work shift i did were 3 hours long max so i never had a lot of time to learn and the last one i did i was way better than the one i did before he talked to me about trying to get more autonomie so idont understand why he fired me after a huge improvement
