And it was brought up about 3 times that's I'm quiet/shy. I don't think it effected my review as a whole, but it annoys me. I get my work done and work hard. Is it right to base someone's review on personality? (Other then being a crazy at work, that I get). They sometimes go out for drinks and I mostly don't go and apparently this was brought up with the communication aspect of the review but didn't reflect much.
