So i posted about how my GM at maco hell asked me to stay late after an 11 hour shift.
So today more drama happened and i need to vent and let everyone know im back to looking for a job, i didnt quit or get fired but im definitely looking for something else asap.
So today i worked a modest 4pm to 2am, and some girl who used to be a morning manager (this place has alot of managers for no reason also. Which i also dont like) boyfriend shows up at like 1030pm after my gm for the day went home early she was supposed to stat till 2am but left at 800pm, asking for the girl to come out side to his car. So i tell her hes outside. I finish up my trash run and sit down on the curb outside. I start to smell weed really heavy and some customers even comment out loud as they walk to their cars.
So i go in and get back to work. About 10 mins later a older couple walk in and say “theres a girl in your compan uniform smoking marijuana outside in the parking lot”… i say sorry and tell them ill look into it. she comes back in after being gone about 45 mins.. i go up to her and say ” could we talk in the office”?
Shes instanly defensive and says no and asked what the problem is, so i say to her “a customer complained they could smell your weed dude i have to say something to the gm i dont want to but you messed up bad pretty” she starts screaming and cussing at me saying ” i have my medical card, the gm said i can smoke at work” so i said ok then lets call her. She says shell call her snd shes gonna tell her how all i do is sit and do nothing.
So she says to the MIC “one of us have to leave i cant stay here around that narc pig” so i said “go cause im here to work” so she fucking leaves 3 hours early and leaves us short handed. I never called the gm cause i didnt wanna bother her and i figured i can tell her in person Tomorrow.
One of the younger guys said “if you need me to verify what happened i will” which was so sweet because everyone wanted to act like i was in the wrong. I don't get what i did wrong?
