I'm currently being investigated by HR because of complaints of my performance, despite the fact that I constantly do other people's jobs, stay late, come in early, etc. Two of the people that reported me are managers that are currently sitting in the break room watching TV while I do prep by myself. Over the hypocrisy, going home. Putting in my two weeks notice when I get there.
[Edit: I'm putting in my two weeks because I still need whatever money I can get before my next job. Ya boi is broke. However, no I will no longer feel pressured about this. What are they gonna do, fire me?]
