So I just calculated the numbers at my job (which is sales) but without commission I'm not even making $8/hr. This month they cut my pay so I'm probably going to make about 2400 in total, which is fucking ridiculous. I was at one point making way more. I also (with other employees here) work 50-55 hrs a week. I'm super done with this bullshit and the toxic work environment. My coworkers are all Zoomers and they backstab eachother and don't like me because I'm not super friendly to them. I hate this shit.
