This is such a small thing but it just shows how little he listens and respects us. In our shipping department the scale they use broke, and I mentioned multiple times how they don't have a scale and he said to just guess the weight of something shipping out, fine at least he knows about it.
Then days later my older coworker tells him we don't have anything to weight this certain product that we are sending out, and he calls the shippers into his office and gives them shit for not telling him the scale is broken! Even though he's been told multiple times and even sold one the only digital scale we had.
Idk just ranting about how no matter how hard I work or try to talk to my boss he will never show me and younger co-workers the respect we deserve.
