I need a new career

I’ve happily worked construction for 20 years. I’ve loved what I’ve done, working with my hands has been extremely rewarding. However it’s broken me. My knees, back, and elbows are all shot. I can barely get up and down stairs today (back went out last week). I obviously can’t continue doing what I do for much longer and I don’t want to become a manager in this field. What’s something I can get into at 40 that’s rewarding and isn’t overly physical? I have 20 years of window and door experience, no idea if that’s helpful. I don’t have enough money to retire and I’d like to find something I can do for the next 20 years. I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I’d love to never work again but unfortunately I have to.
