I need advice – boss skimmed $$

All employees receive an annual bonus if the company meets our goal. We met our goal. Rewind to last year, me and another employee turned in our prior boss for embezzling/skimming off the top of the owners money. Now our new boss did it to me & the employee that turned in the old boss. The problem: the owner gave our boss a list of our bonuses at 20%, nobody knows I saw this list. Our new boss renegotiated and took 10% from me and a few people while giving others 20%. Also, he’s only been here 3/4’s of the year and got 100% of his annual bonus plus 5k. The disloyalty is enough for me to find another job. However, I make great money supporting a great lifestyle but this situation completely demotivates me.

Do I….

Confront the boss and ask why he shorted me? If I’m underperforming here is the extra work back.

Confront the owner? (I don’t want to come off as entitled)

Do I keep a poker face and treat the boss like shit.

Quiet quit?
