I need advice please….

I need some advice… I work at a collision Autobody shop and my boss is a 76 year old guy who is on meth. I don't care what he does … it's none of my business… but when he abuses staff and is extremely aggressive towards customers as well, what can I do? Do I record his outbursts? 3 days ago my co worker witnessed him hit a customer's car with another customer's car, he said nothing and just wiped the yellow paint off. He KNEW he hit both cars. Instead of saying he did and we can simply FIX it.. he proceeded to tell me to call the customer and say we can give him a good deal on repairing his rear bumper (which HE hit mind you) I told my boss NO I can not do that when I know for fact that damage was not there upon…

I told him that he must have done it when he moved the other car. He immediately lunged at me and got in my face (I'm 37, female) and made a fist shouting : YOU THINK I DID THAT??? NO I DID NOT!!!! DON'T YOU QUESTION ME!!! blah blah blah. I did not back down and yelled back at him! Who cares who hit it! Just fix it! Then I told him that I would write the tech a sheet to have repair car, which apparently set him of worst. He shouted: YOU THINK I SHOULD PAY MY TECH???
Yes, yes you should. He's fixing something that YOU did. Not to mention he actually had the nerve to try and blame employees saying : an employee must have done it. Point is.. he scams, cheats, lies to customers, is on meth and becomes abusive when he's coming down from meth. Do I have a case to sue? What should I do?
