I need help resolving an issue with my new job

I took a new job several months back with the top priority of work/life balance. I was originally working 10-12 hour shifts on average. We agreed to these terms and I was hired. I took a small pay cut to compensate for the hours I would be getting back in my life. I lost my insurance because I was told to I’d be getting it shortly after being hired.

What would you do in this scenario?

I can gladly give more context if needed.
