Was ” laid off” on the 27th wasn't told more than that other employees were as well. They refuse to pay me unemployeement and are just dicking me around having a hard time with it I've been enjoying not working living on my savings camping and fishing while I look for something new. I just got back from a long rv fishing trip and camping and turned my phone one several texts and calls from the old owner and managers. A project I was lead on the week I was let go and never finished due to poor management on owner that had been drug along and for months they were now getting around to it after the customer threatening to fire them after taking 8 months to build a custom home. They were wanting to know if I still had the plans as they misplaced them and wanted to know what was done and what needed to be done and if I could drop the plans off as well as either call the new guy and tell him where I left off and maybe even go there and lay him out as to what needs to be done. I just fucking laughed my ass off. 1 I don't remember where I left of they started and stopped shit so much its the reason I voiced my opinion and was let go. 2 I'm not giving you shit nor will I drive an hour to a job site un paid to tell my replacement how to do my job I can't even believe they thought I would absolutely laughable I hope the customer sues or fires them he's been more then patient. I will forever remember the scoff when I told them I won't even lose sleep over this shit and laughed.
