Yep, according to my supervisor I pee too often and so now the manager is urging me to get FMLA paperwork signed for my “health condition” that may effect such things…
It is not my problem that my micromanager supervisor only uses the bathroom max twice in a 9 hour span. I drink a good amount of water and that's mostly likely my contributing factor, but it seems a little ridiculous to be so bent out of shape over going to the bathroom a more often than her.
I just really don't want to be forced to disclose private medical info in exchange for being marginally protected by the law, when I'm still likely to face problematic behavior from said workplace because my supervisor is a tyrant. All the same I'm still working on finding a doctor that will listen to and treat my medical concerns, so I don't have a PCP to sign anything anyway!
Sorry for long post, I'm just frustrated all around by the situation.
