So a week ago I put in my two week notice in my job, they weren't paying me the bonuses i earned and a bunch of other reasons, just today they offered me a new position basically i was working at a call center as an agent, now they are offering me to be a trainer basically same salary, no mayor perks besides not having to sell to get the sale bonus it would be included, I'm currently working from home but for the new position I would have to go to site Wich is like 30 minutes away idk besides the job title everything else seems kind of blah but I don't if I'm being to picky should I take it or just continue with my resignation?
