I’m just trying to be nice, but ok lol. If I didn’t like my coworkers so much, I’d just not show up for these last two shifts.
Some of the illegal things she’d pressure us to do: over-serve the regulars, pour extra liquor into drinks, let the regulars stay past the legal time, consolidating mostly empty bottles into other bottles (in front of customers), giving free drinks to people she likes, free pours, and the list goes on.
For reference, I live in Utah where they will give you a charge and a multi-thousand dollar fine if they see you do any of this. Also, I wouldn’t be able to bartend, which is the only job that doesn’t trigger a disorder I have, for years.
