About a month ago I had a car accident on my way to work and had to take a two weeks of sick days. My boss decided to change my role in the meantime, from department manager to…. a furniture? I have no idea honestly because she never gave me any details on what my new role is. But HR sent me a new contract to sign, with a new title, without any further explanation. I decided to quit, after a year of workplace abuse, and sent my resignation and two weeks notice to my boss and the HR lady. And that's it. Dead silent for 3 days. When she did called she just wanted to know if I started arranging things for training file for my future replacement.
My team member sent a resignation letter today, the third team member left a week ago. I leave knowing their cruelty left them with some level of mess.
