I quit my job through email but feel like I owe them more.

I worked at a bakery and they took me on when I needed a new role after my seasonal job ended. It’s a very small family bakery and the dynamics are, let’s say, dysfunctional. I’ve had to hand my notice in and last night I did it by phone and email and gave them a months notice (no contract) this morning my mental health took a huge nosedive (on meds still not great) so I emailed saying I wouldn’t be back BUT I feel so guilty and feel like I owe them because they gave me a job. How do I stop feeling like I owe businesses my life because they employ me?
