Alongside other myriad of issues, I got ghosted by management when asking about funding for certificates I was told many times I can request and apply for. Manager replied to my first email asking the price and never getting back to me, or my supervisor after multiple attempts of contact in the 3 weeks.
This broke the camels back for me, started applying on Wednesday, had 3 interviews Friday, and got a job offer on Friday from one of the companies!
I am beyond excited and so happy about this. I needed to just share it with someone! Know your value guys!
