So I used to work for Smithfield foods and we got a new guy in at my job he seemed like a good guy until he didn't listen. He refused to listen till I yelled at him twice for doing the same shit again and again. The work we do is moving trees full of ham from the holding cooler then to the scale then the oven then from oven to scale and to blast cooler. These trees are not lite they weigh over 1000 pound when fully cooked and even more when raw. And what got me fed up with him was when he tossed a fully loaded tree down the rail as I was coming out of the blast cooler and almost hitting me with before I cought it and stopped it. I yelled at home for a 3rd time that night and told him he can't be tossing them full force at people or doors these are to heavy to to stop easily. The tree almost crushed me when it came flying at me.
