Hi everyone,
I recently as in 5 minutes ago decided to go review my Job Duties as stated in my contract and I realized I have been performing activities outside of my contract for the last 8 months. My boss asked and I always said yes but now I realized I could just have said no, or yes if I was getting payed more for it.
Is there any good way to change this in my favour or did I dig myself a hole for doing all of it for this long without really noticing?
My workplace is good and I have mostly positive feelings about my job so I don’t want to burn any bridges but also my direct supervisor is changing in a few weeks and I think it would be a good opportunity for me to bring this stuff up.
