Started a new Job on January 1st. From January 1st until February 5th I received around 8-10 hours of training. So roughly a day. Spread across the entire month. Like one hour on Friday – two hours on Monday.
Since two weeks – no more training. When I dont know something I have to ask and my Seniors are like “why dont you know this”.
As such I have to learn most of the procedures by myself and am less effective than I could be and make more mistakes. If I dont receive any more training I think I wont be able to do all my tasks until late March or so.
I estimate that I would have neededat least 3 full days of training – minimum. Yet I got a few hours. Its absurd….
