I recently started a job where they are very inclusive of pronouns but I feel very out of the loop.

I’ve never had to state my pronouns, nor have ever had to ask someone’s pronouns in any situation. Now, their automatically in my email signature. Would I be rocking the boat if I asked why they’re needed in my email and whether or not I can remove them? I respect everyone’s choice and really don’t want to be offensive but I’m just trying to either get with the times or see what’s acceptable. Anyone else gone through this these days?
