I sat in a meeting where management spent 15 mins explaining why they won’t fix a toilet door.

I work in customer service. Yesterday, I was back at the office for a stupid, unnecessary 3 hour meeting that could’ve easily been an email. Among them were announcements. Someone asked for feedback regarding the premises and a colleague of mine mentioned that they got stuck in the toilet. They were trapped in the toilet for a fairly long time last week and no one came to get them. They had to ask for help. Other colleagues chimed in the same thing, saying that they also had gotten stuck in the same toilet. All management said was that the toilet was usable, and then flashed a power point slideshow on how to use the toilet. It’s so ridiculous. The door’s lock was clearly spoilt and all they had to do was to replace it. I don’t understand why they thought it was a better idea to make slides on how…
