I screwed up at work. What should I do?

So I submitted something to a group of suppliers to get pricing. Well somehow a list of some of our items (not all) and some random pricing got on the request sheet. I literally have no idea how as I checked it many times. It doesn’t have much information that would do anything but I’m terrified. I few prices without case or quantity. Just random numbers but I know what it is. It’s due back to me today and I just now realized it. I have no idea what to do. I don’t want to tell my boss because I know they will fire me. I’ve never messed up at this job and have always worked hard. It was tucked away in this sheet and I have no idea it was there. Someone else on the team had added it and I didn’t notice because it wasnt named. What do…

What do I do? Brush it under the rug and hope the vendors didn’t notice? They are bad about not reading all the information anyway. So it very possible many of them won’t notice. I’ve thought about getting a new job anyway as I am getting bored with this job but I was hoping to hold out till the fall.

My plan now is to brush it under the rug and keep moving forward while looking for a new job. Is that my best move?

Edit:

Because it’s very possible that nothing come from this from the vendor side. None of them have mentioned it (when they arnt going to obviously) and I think for many of them it may trip them up and actually end up being helpful.

If you wanted the business and saw that something was $5 would you quote under $5. Idk. I’m trying to look on the other side. I don’t want to tell my boss until I see something negative come out of it.

I’ve had vendors send me other companies pricing before by accident. This stuff happens and I feel like it’s one of those keep you mouth shut until it starts looking bad.

Telling my boss can’t reverse the damage. So I feel like I should wait to see if there was a negative outcome from the other side first. But I’m probably wrong idk. I’m panicking.
