I seriously never thought I’d have to write this letter

Whereas, Upon our last meeting *++* stated something along the lines of, “Your responsible for yourself, to set your own schedule; Take a break or two, smoke a couple of cigarettes, make a phone call and load the trucks” — I understood his statement to be not something that I would have to have agreed to in writing. I understand that if I get wet, hauling decade old insulation that has been in the rain for several days into the dumpster, I should change clothes, immediately, as that is a hazard to my health. Further, I do not have the time to get sick, and take off, nor can the company. It would have been irresponsible to act in occordance with **^^'s instruction, and I must report a real problem. Today, I was following **^^ instruction, and believe I have reached the limits of his capacity to train…

Whereas,

Upon our last meeting *++* stated something along the lines of, "Your responsible

for yourself, to set your own schedule; Take a break or two, smoke a couple of cigarettes,

make a phone call and load the trucks” — I understood his statement to be not something

that I would have to have agreed to in writing. I understand that if I get wet, hauling

decade old insulation that has been in the rain for several days into the dumpster, I should

change clothes, immediately, as that is a hazard to my health. Further, I do not have the time

to get sick, and take off, nor can the company. It would have been irresponsible to act in

occordance with **^^'s instruction, and I must report a real problem.

Today, I was following **^^ instruction, and believe I have reached the limits of his

capacity to train me any further. I would like to direct the rest of my communications

with whomever is my direct supervisor.

I do find **^^ to be a highly confrontational person. Today, he attempted to bait me

into a verbal altercation, over him mishearing, perhaps intentionally, the word 'Sir'.

He believed and stated that I said,'Seriously' three times, and then attempted to

bring me into a game of 'say what'.

While I know that **^^ will be a great foreman, and is highly suited for that position–

I would like to focus my attention to loading, & unloading trucks. I'm tired of chasing

down my instructor to get my paperwork so I can do my job. I find this entire situation

highly unprofessional, and I'd like to not have to focus any more time on it.

Thank you
