I support antiwork’s message, but I do wonder about something…

I'm sure this might be a common post, so I'm sorry if this has been answered before. I basically want to know what a proposed model for a society without traditional work would look like. Is money abolished? Does automation take over for everything? Is it essentially a Star Trek universe where replicators exist and no one has to worry about food and water anymore and “work” revolves around learning about the unknown? Is it even possible to get rid of all work even though its undeniable situations will come up where society has to “work” together? Seems to me it's just a normal part of the human condition to always have some kind of conflict to overcome throughout the ages. I just want to be pragmatic about this. If we want a world with true freedom from work, I would like to discuss strategy and what future obstacles that…
