I think it’s disgraceful that wages aren’t increasing on the same level as inflation has increased, but this would definitely help

I'm sick and tired of working half of my waking day life for a shitty wage. I'd actually be happy if they paid me for travelling time and paid breaks, which in my eyes should be the norm, I'm using my time and fuel to come to your place of work, on breaks I'm resting and recovering from the work I've just done and to carry on more work after my break. I think if they paid travel time and breaks, then it'll sort a lot of people's problems financially What's your thoughts?
